This week we travelled to Royal Park to play Flemington. With 18 players,  our chances were good. The game started, Flemington ran us silly and were to big, to strong, to fit and just to good. A 20 goal hiding later and it was all over.This week we travel to Werribee Soldiers Reserve and meet who i think are the team to beat, hope to see you there.

The under 18's played at home this weekend and with the seniors following after us, we expected a big day.For reasons unknown only 17 players turned up and a possible win became a more difficult task. In saying that, the 17 boys who did turn up, had a red hot go and nearly pulled off a win, only going down by 2 goals. Next week travel to play Flemington. Hopes are high fingers crossed not only for a win but the boys turn up ready to play.

14th July 2007 Glen Orden def by Braybrook
The 18's traveled to Braybrook this week and a very dissapointing result occured. Braybrook feilded 18 for the first timr this year if my memory serves me correctly, and that was all they needed.Bad attitude and bad discipline cost us with 50 metre penaltys and a send of making life tough' the boys decide in the last 15 minutes theyed had enough and turned a 33 point margin into a 2 goal defeat. Too late and the same cernario lost another we should of won or well allways next week thanks for your support we will keep on try in the GlenOrden way till next week see ya.

7th July 2007 Glen Orden 12.19 91 def Yarraville/Seddon 4.7 31
The u/18's played Yarriville/Seddon this week and played to there potential winning by ten goals a good game played by all .Commo Troy Desi Rhino Kamal Blake Matty and Brian all dominating and three u/16's in Macca Joel and Beau all playing big/huge parts in the game cant wait for next year.Was a good win and thank you to Matty Nelson milky and Adam for playing for the other side to make up numbers .Braybrook this week at Braybrook hoping for another win and another comfidence booster for the next challenge.

We played Parkside on the weekend and overall its was a good game both sides had plenty of the footy and it came down to who scored the most.As usual it was the opposition who scored the most and we went down by 26 points in the end.Since my last address we have sign a few new boys and a couple look really good so i hope we can get some wins on the board and really improve from now till the end off the year.We play Yarriville/Seddon on the weekend at home and i am looking for a win as we defeated them in round 3 with amuch weaker side.   

23rd June 2007 Glen Orden vs Sunshine

16th June 2007Glen Orden 3.8 26 lost to Altona 16.14 110
The game started with the boys kicking the first goal. Then Moral hit a high time low, as Altona quickly got the upper hand, the umpires favoured Altona most of the game. In the second half of the third the boys tried valiantly to get the game back on an even kiel, they managed to keep Altona from adding many points on to the score board.The fourth saw Altona blaze away once more, the boys did add a couple of goals in the last quarter but the overal game needs improvement.

Required: All Boys to attend Training so that team work can improve. Friday nights, night of rest in bed by 10.30pm at latest.
TCB = Taking Care of Business: to do this and get ahead you must give 100% most peoples 100% is only 80% so aim for 110% and you will be getting closer to what is required. Remember if you go out on Friday nights, you are not only letting yourself down, you are letting your team mates down!!

The u/18's had alot of injuries this week and required 7 under 16 players to fill a side, playing the second top side in Flemington Juniors the boys stood up and showed create character, going down by 40 points to a side that has been beating sides by ten and twenty goals was a great effort.Best players was a team effort and with more time and a little patience success is only a jump away.

12th may 2007Glen Orden 9.5 59 lost to Willy Juniors 9.8 72
The boys went down this week, against Willy Juniors. The boys didn't have there football brains with them and our preperation was not up to scratch. We kicked the first 2 goals of the game and the last 6 goals, with a charge unfortunatley time ran out and we lost by 2 goals.

5th May 2007Glen Orden 10.10 70 def Deer Park 9.12 66
The U18’s this round won there second game in a row defeating Deer Park by 4 points.  In an even performance all round it was very difficult to pick best players.With four U16’s players playing, due to them having a bye the win was a great effort with all four U16’s contributing tremendously.Williamstown away next week another must win game with Williamstown on the bottom, lets see what happens.

28th April 2007Glen Orden 11.14 80 def Yarraville Seddon 8.5 53
We played Yarriville Seddon this week and came away with our first win for the season, Shane Comonsolli and Troy Smith dominated the game with there pace and skill, Tommy Lee Dennis gave us great drive and control through the centre and Mark Yates and Des Tausinga great off the half back line. We drove the ball forward and this week we found the goals. With half a dozen players not avalaible we just scraped up enough players with Milan from the under 16's playing, so it was a great effort by all the team in the end .The grading games are completed and the draw is to be redone this week.

21st April 2007 Glen Orden 2.7 19 lost to Western Magpies 9.7 61
The u18's rollercoaster continues, we played Western Magpies this week and were simply out done by our fitness again.
Losing by 40 odd points they capitilized when going forward and we didn't, persistance is the answer.Mark Yates, Ricky Witthenham, Leroy Paio and Matt Dunlop were the standouts but every player is giving there all ,and thats all i/we can ask. Hoping to win this week, when we play Yarriville Seddon at Yarriville Seddon. The support from the club, players,  commitee and followers has been terrific, I thank all who attend and encourage the begining of the future.

14th April 2007Glen Orden 5.9 39 lost to West Footscray 15.8 98
The Under 18's game was played at home. The u/18's played West Footscray on the weekend; we had a full side with 2 u/16’s making a 6 man bench.Best players were Brendan Thomas, Troy Smith, Kamal Ali, Daniel Colella and Sean Hume. But a great team effort against last year’s grand finalists and every player can hold there head high.With a squad of 26 and a new player turning up every week improvement is guaranteed.
