Welcome

With the summer festivities behind us Football season is about to start.

The seniors are facing the challenge of 1st Division, pre season training will be long and hard, with new rules set down. The club is about to do a full face turn around and step up the pace.

Under 18's is looking like a real possibility and the Junior sides are raring to go.

Remember its very important to go to training, to get enough sleep, and to be fit and able.

Pre Season Training Starts on the 20th January, for Seniors, Reserves and Under 18's.

Junior football training starts approx 18th February 2007

Senior Football

This up coming season will see the Senior boys move to A division, changing the look and feel of the club on all levels. The competion will be stiff, and the boys will have to be firing on all cylinders.

We are also going to have an Under 18's team, if you are aware of anyone who wishes to play footy, and they fall into the under 18's age group, then ask them to come to training, which is underway.

Juniors

With the up coming season, the juniors need help for various tasks, scoring, goal umpires, team managers, etc, if you are able to help, please advise the coaches at registration day.

Remember the success of the Juniors rest in parent helper hands, without you the juniors will not go any where, so support your children by helping them out.

With a little bit more help, our junior area will become highly successful.

Seniors

Turf have had one win for the season, this weekends game was a washout, Turf are sitting last on the ladder, this year will not see the Turf team playing in the finals.

A Matts have not won a game this season, they are sitting on the bottom of the ladder.

D Matts have a chance to be in the finals, it will all come down to the final 3 matches, and the fall of the wickets.

Juniors

Under 15's have two teams this year, the under 15's 1 and the under 15's 2. The under 15's 1 are sitting 2nd on the ladder, and if they keep playing they way they have been, they will be in the finals, with a chance of winning the grand final. The Under 15's twos are last on the ladder, however, they have put in a good effort all year.

The
Under 13's are sitting 4th on the ladder, and if they play well the last few games they will hang on to this spot and go forward to the finals.

The Under 11's are sitting 1st on the ladder and they will play in the finals, the under 11's have a good chance of winning the grand final.

Glen Orden is in with a chance to take out the finals, in all the junior levels that we have teams in.

Remember Football will come soon enough, now is the time to support our Junior Cricketers on there way to the finals.
