29th July 2007: Playing At Home vs Northern Districts
Glen Orden 0 def Northern Districts 0
As the masters opposition could not fied a side we assembled a te4am to give them a hit out, with quality players such as leapo, col, frewy and ross. A great hit out was had by all and many beers were consumed afterwards. An impressivev coaching performance by murf with a win and a loss in the same game. Special mention of hanny's elusive skills after leving the ground to stem the flow of blood from his nose, (courtesy of davey cassano) then sneaking back down the race to score a goal. Master now sit 5th on the ladder.
15th July 2007 Played at Dempster Park
Glen Orden 12.6 78 def Western Devils 4.9 33
Our masters's players were hoping to climb the ladder with this game and that is what they did. Aggo tells me Hanny was superb on the ball, although he was not sure if he was rover or ruck rover. With a slow start we were 8 points down at 1/2 time. Only to finish much stronger when we stopped whinging. We ran out 8 goal winners.
We need to have a look at the turn around in this game, and play it in the spirit it should be played in, as it was proven the results will come. GO MASTERS!
P.S. Thanks for the slab big H.
Best Players: Hanny, Dykesy, Woodsy & Murf

17th June 2007
Glen Orden 12.13 85 def Knox Lions 4.5 29
After a comical start, where the Glen Orden boys went to Knox, and the Knox boys ended up at Glen Orden, they eventually came together at Glen Orden.
The weather was freezing cold, and the wind had an icy bite to it.
A great game by one and all.
